Dogs have a missions in life. Some are best buddies and playmates, others are confidants. Some are our protectors, while others comedians, always making us laugh. Some are born royalty and must be served by their dedicated court.
Then there are the Earth Angels. Our boy is an Earth Angel, as it Etta, who visits patients in hospice care. This amazing dog can cut through the dense fog of dementia and bring a smile to faces too long without joy, and cuddle with those in pain and dying. With special skills that cannot be taught, Etta came from an animal shelter to live with her owner. It is a story worth a read.

Good advice! There is a product my breeder recommended called Bitter Apple. It is used when you want your dog to stop biting something. It is also used whe they bite themselves. Just spray some on your hands and rub their tail, paw or anything else you don't want them to bit. For inanimate objects, you can spray it on.
Thanks Grandma. Thank is an excellent bit of info.
Posse Pal, that comment was meant for the 'mouthing off' article..But it is a really effective product. I sprayed it on my slippers days ago and my puppy still shows no interest in biting them. Prior to using Bitter Apple, I was walking like I was in a cartoon. I was dragging one food as I walked because she was locked on the other foot, biting my slipper furiously as I walked.
